My stay at Occidental Costa Cancun had its highs and lows. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome, especially in the dining area. However, I had to deal with red ants in my room, which was pretty annoying. The food was generally good, but the service could use some improvement, especially when it came to getting reservations for dinner.
